If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hydrapaw24@gmail.com as soon as possible after receiving your order.

When contacting us, please include your order number and clear photographs or videos showing the issue. This allows us to assess the situation and determine the appropriate solution.

Items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or altered by the customer may not qualify for a return or refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
